We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all OSIM products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty plans are also available for purchase at the time of checkout for added peace of mind.
